Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

PayPal suspended my account while having $2,450 in there there's no logical reason for them to spend the account they said that it's questionable activity there's no questionable activity people sent me money they didn't complain about the money they didn't ask for a refund or anything like that so what's questionable about it and I didn't want photo ID which I do not have because I lost my wallet they've done this to me in the past and I had to file a complaint to get my money so I'm doing it again there was 650 placed on hold for 24 hours then it went into the balance and then when I went to transfer it they put it on another 24-hour hold and it is 1800 that's supposed to come in but it was to an electronic check the person deposited to pay so you have to wait five business days for that to go in so by tomorrow that 1800 will hit the account also and now with the account suspended I can't get either money out I don't know why they do this they do this all the time to people hold their money for no reason they're legitimate transactions if they weren't the people that made the transactions want to contact the PayPal and complained and they have it so obviously they meant to send me the money. The email used for the PayPal account is the same as the email I provided below Resolution Sought I want them to unsuspend my account and let me get my $2,450 out there's no reason for it to be held.

Someone hacked my email account and they use it to purchase bit coin using pay pal. I got two notices this week and I have to report it as fraud each time. I tell them I have no account with them. I have asked them to put an alert on my email so that one tries to use it they can stop. I can not get any help from their employees , they speak with very heavy accent difficult to understand. I need my email removed. Please help Resolution Sought Remove my email to stop these phony sales. I haven't lost any money only time trying to stop this.
