Item has not shipped yet. Hunter fan down rod order a month ago still not shipped yet.

I tried to look at their fax section of website after 2 weeks of no shipment, and emailed manager@peazz website as suggested from site without response. Next, I called them and was put to voice message after 20 min wait to talk to anyone (I left message with all info on phone ). Lastly, trying online chat form on website. What a mess.. I just hope for response. Just want item, or to get my money back. Horrible experience so far.
