I thought I was ordering directly from Dogtra. I wasn't: the charges showed up on my PayPal account as Peazz.com. I ordered on March 18, then contacted Peazz at the end of April, when I didn't receive the order. I was told that I would receive my order the first week in May. I asked for a refund on May 18, when I still hadn't received the order, and was told I would receive my refund within 48 hrs. It's May 27th, I haven't received a refund, and no one at Peazz is returning my calls/emails. This is fraud. They have no intention of returning anyone's money. Resolution Sought Refund my money and stop using Dogtra's name and logo on their website.
