I placed an order in Nov. 2020 & still have not recieved it as of Feb. 19th, 2021. I have either called or emailed about every 2-3 weeks CUSTOMER(SERVICE)(PHONE)(NUMBER)+18O;56O8;54O;6 CUSTOMER(SERVICE)(PHONE)(NUMBER)+18O;56O8;54O;6 CUSTOMER(SERVICE)(PHONE)(NUMBER)+18O;56O8;54O;6 & have been told our warehouse is to open back up Dec. 15, 2020 ; Dec.23, 2020; Jan 17, 2021; Jan. 31, 2021; Feb. 15, 2021 & still I have not recieved an email confirmation or a tracking no. on the item. The cost of the item was taken by Merske on Nov. 10, 2020 right after I placed the order. Most companies don't process their orders until the item has actually shipped. I simply want my order HGC3299-12566 to be shipped. I know they say Covid 19 has been the issue but everybody else is fulfilling their orders so I don't understand @ this point in time why the Peazz company can't fulfill their orders. A few weeks downtime is one thing but 3 months is another issue entirely. My Amazon orders have shipped & have been recieved, L.L. Bean, Lands End, Khols's, Belk's, even orders from out of the country have been shipped & have been recieved. So, what's up with this company? ?????

It has been very frustrating!!!
