Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I had some major questions I've been trying to get ahold of her in the last two and a half years to the firm I've been emailing

K Susan Pennington Esq she did a Estates planning portfolio for me back in 2015 . I had some major questions I've been trying to get ahold of her in the last two and a half years to the firm I've been emailing I've been calling her office I've been calling her cell phone number and I have not been able to reach this person. I think that's very unbusiness like not to return the calls for persons that you have done their portfolio seems to me that she's just let you go and that you're on your own I give her a very low score of 1 for service back to her clients. Respect their clients.
