I had my wife go to pep boys to get a oil change and the radiator flushed I noticed the vehicle wasn't heating up . Upon checking they never got all the air out of the Radiator and I had to add over a gallon of Coolant to the vehicle to have enough Coolant to properly circulate this could have ruined the vehicle in this weather when I reached out to the bigness they sed well we can give you a gallon of Coolant to Compensate you for the inconvenience unwilling to Apologize for a negligent act that could have ruined my vehicle

Pep Boys installed an old battery causing great inconvenience.

On January 9th 2023, I bought my 2014 Nissan Pathfinder for a battery replacement. After the replacement I drove my car home. On Tuesday January 10th at 7:40 Am I left out for work. After exiting the highway I make a left turn the vehicle suddenly swerved to the right. I had to maneuver it back to the left, I drop my grandson off at school drove about a hundred feet to my job and park my car. I tried locking the car with the fab but it didn't make that sound so I went back to the car to make sure I didn't left it running only to find the dashboard completely black. I towed my car for my job to the dealership. On Wednesday January 11th I got a call from the dealership confirming with me that I did say I have a battery replacement. I told the technician yes the battery was changed on the 9th of January 2023. He then told me the battery in my car is an old Pep Boys battery. Pep boy had caused me a great convenience at my job I was not able to perform caring for my client the way I showed because of the inconvenience they had caused. I would love for you to let Pep Boys compensate every person who reported them, they are getting away with stuff that's why they kept on serving of Injustice. You guys need to do something about it because at the other end we're the ones who are suffering the consequences of your failure to protecting us. Fortunate that I can't star rating just now because I don't know how you guys are going to handle the situation. Thank you!
