Got an mail, thought it was Amazon and they wanted me to take a survey as a prime member.

Got an mail, thought it was Amazon and they wanted me to take a survey as a prime member. At the end of the survey they offered some free gifts for the survey and I selected the watch and paid for the shipping. I then looked up Perino Watches and saw it is a spam! Must now cancel my card.
