Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Highly satisfied

Personal Lending Group is a loan referral service. They basically do the work to determine what loan company you are likely to qualify for then refer you. It was an extremely easy and fast process. I received a $30,000 consolidation loan within 2 days of starting the process. Funding of the loan was complete within 5 days. Highly satisfied. FYI...if you have credit issues, they may not be able to help you obtain a loan, however, they also offer credit counseling and other services that may help get you out of debt. Those calling it a scam probably did not qualify for a loan from anyone and may need to go another route if they are trying to get out of debt without filing for bankruptcy.
