When my dog was returned my dog was bald to the skin. I have never seen a bald yorkie. My wife and kids are devasted.

I took my Yorkie Terrier to be washed and groomed. I was not allowed to watched my dog be groomed. My dog was in the back for 4 hours. This was alarming. When my dog was returned my dog was bald to the skin. I have never seen a bald yorkie. My wife and kids are devasted.
I asked her before taking my dog back not to cut his hair too low. She claimed he was in good hands.
