Grooming did not follow our directions. They made the same "mistake" a second time & didn't bathe our dog.

Before Christmas we took our dog in to be groomed. They did not follow our directions. We marked it up as a mistake. Today we took her back in for groom (wash and cut) when we picked her up not only had they made the same "mistake" again but she had not been bathed. They also did not tell us they messed up as they did the first time, they just hoped we would not notice. Spoke to a manager and he just acted like 'oh well it happens.' He did not understand that we had paid for our dog to be cleaned and the cut a certain way, and we had received neither. When we spoke to a 2nd manager we were refunded for the full cost of grooming. I would like for them to either hire a new grooming staff or stop grooming until the staff they have can be properly trained on grooming and how to explain their mistakes to customers instead of just ignoring them and hoping they go away.
