Poor customer service!!
I use it love it there but now I refuse to go back as long as the dog trainer (Rachel) still works there. I have had multiple issues with her anger issues including others but this was over the line. I went in Aug 4th with a client. The dog is a young puppy. It let one one bark and we corrected it. The dog didn't bark again. We also stayed away from her class on the other side of the store at one point. She stops teaching her class and offers us a training packet. We told her no thank you. She got hateful and said training isn't allowed in the store but corporate told me it was and I had been training there with dogs for a year. So 20 minutes later we leave. Then a new client contacts me and informs me that Rachel said I had an aggressive dog in there and that we were kicked out. Which never happened. I called to speak to the manager to tell him she shouldn't be talking about other business like that when it's a lie. She came on the phone and started yelling when I tried to talk to her she hung up on me Which is very unprofessional behavior. I have no ptsd and her yelling triggered a huge panic attack. Rachel has no business working there with her anger issues. She needs to get fired.

I was in petsmart at 9:39 Am today 600 Greenville Blvd SE, BLDG. E Greenville, NC 27858. I was walking to the cashier register and the cashier decided to call me UGLY. I lost become for one this in inappropriate behavior and it was done so blatantly like it's normal for him to say whatever he wants. I sent a video to the business and I haven't gotten a response. I had a body cam on. The association dealt with.
