Constantly treated rudely!

I can't believe the way I am constantly treated when I walk into the stores because of an incident that happened a year ago when I traded in some clubs, which I purchased there. I was told the young man I had to return under a trade-in which I would have to pay for the difference. The young man took my phone which I was told I couldn't but he said I could and I said are you sure, so I said okay. Right after that I received a call from the District Manager who called me a liar and I got one over on them and I couldn't use their return program anymore, which I thought was rude. Today I walked into the other store and once again treated poorly. I know why they're treating me that way. I mean I just spent another $500 dollars. I saw the District Manager who I believe his name is John. He is a disgusting example of representing a golf store. He dressed like a slob and PGA SUPERSTORE should be ashamed. I have had numerous people to stop shopping there and will continue telling my story. It's a shame that company has really gone down hill. The only people nice are the repair department and the cashiers. The company would do a lot better if the managers and especially the District Manager who should never even get in public view he sure is a sorry excuse to represent anyone.
