Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Rotten flowers twice and missing 1/2 the order both times

I ordered flowers and a teddy bear for my wife she received rotten roses and no teddy bear so I stopped pay through PayPal. They promised to credit me, so I ordered flowers and a cake for Christmas the second time and she got more rotten flowers and no cake now they are refusing to acknowledge me. This company is very poorly run. I highly recommend you find another company to give your business to.
