Pirate's Bar and Grill reviews

Very poor customer service!

On 6/27/2020 we went to pirates bar and grill at 100 Orleans drive Dauphin island al with a wedding party of 15-20 people then 8 more come and we had 28 people. We waited a hour and when our pager went off for us to be seated we all went up the stairs with our grandmother who is 75 years old and was seated. Then a guy a worker come and told us that they couldn't take all of us and we would have to go some of us they could only take 25 we told him we waited all that time there was nowhere else we Could go Eat because it was too late. They could have told us before we waited all that time. Then the guy come and got up in my face because I asked why they didn't tell us from the beginning we had to many and he said 5 would have to leave and 3 of our party was baby's that wasn't even eating. We all got up to leave and I told them I was going to report it and one of the waitresses said Do It Report It really loud. We will not be back because this was rude. We got there at 9:00pm and the pager went off a little after 10pm and that when he told us 5 would have to leave . But they new before that we had that many and could have told us before and could have acted better after. That the waiters get fired because they where rude and the this would happen to no one else in the future.
