I called in a order to Pizza Hut, and the guy that took my order, must didn't hear me clearly. So once I got back home, I realized my pizza was wrong. I called the call center 5 times, and every time they answered, they put me on hold for 10 minutes and more each time. One guy answered and said what I got is what I ordered wow. I ordered a 1 topping ground beef pizza with stuff crust (cheese).I end up receiving a hand toss pizza which I hate. Resolution Sought I would like a refund or a free pizza that I had intentionally ordered.

I placed a order on line to the Pizza Hut in Ripley TN for 2 large pan pizza's with 3 toppings on each pizza. No extras or anything, my total was $27.83. Well I put all my information in and my order wouldn't go through cause of problems, so I called my order in!! Well the girl gives me a total for the same 2 pizzas I just ordered on line of $43.00. I told her why they so expensive I just ordered the same pizzas on line and they were less well she got a little ugly and said well we don't offer the same stuff here as they have on line! At that point I told the young lady well why y'all have specials then if y'all gonna over charge people! It's unreal you can't call a order in cause the price is double what it is on line! Something needs to be done about that! Resolution Sought Honor online prices. They need to have the same prices when you call a order in as they do on line.
