I had to take my 2017 Suburban for a/c repairs to a Chevrolet dealership in Texas. I could not get in touch with Platinum Plus and neither could the dealership. I paid $159.00 per month for 24 months. I paid Platinum Plus a total of $4,030 and now no one will answer the phone or answer my emails. What can I do to get these deceptive people and get my money back? Resolution Sought Pay for my a/c repairs and answer their phone!
