Platinum Plus Auto Protection

My dealing with Platinum Plus Auto Protection was in asking for a refund that my elderly mother had purchased over the phone.
My mother had no recollection of the transaction but once I had filed my issue with Business Consumer Alliance, I was connected to the correct personnel at Platinum Plus. They were able to locate the original phone call which they played for me, indicating that my mother had, in fact, authorized the transaction. She is no longer driving and the product really was not needed. Platinum plus had a 30 day cancellation fee so I pursued that and received a full refund for the purchase. They were very helpful in sorting this out with me.

PLATINUM PLUS AUTO PROTECTION
I have spoken to customer service to cancel my car policy within 15 days of having opted for it and they told me to write a letter explaining the reasons why. I am canceling it and that they would refund my money but. I have not received any response from your
