Platium Plus Auto Protects ??

The intake manifold needed to be replaced on my vehicle. Naturally they denied they claim stating that it's not listed as a being covered. However, they listed items not covered by they plan. It's not listed there either. Has Palmer ever paid a claim to a customer ?? Isn't it fraud if you offer a service but never provide one ??

PLATINUM PLUS AUTO PROTECTION

PLATINUM PLUS AUTO PROTECTION This happened last year 05/24/2021 and they sent an email saying that they wolud refund my money, but that never happened I have spoken to customer service to cancel my car policy within 15 days of having opted for it and they told me to write a letter explaining the reasons why. I am canceling it and that they would refund my money but. I have not received any response from your
