Better customer service needed

I called Pop a Lock about an ignition switch replacement. They referred me to a technician named Donny in Murfreesboro. He was very rude and stated it would be & 279 service fee and between $1200 and $2000 to get the work done. I asked him how could he determine that and had not seen the car. I said you don't understand so I am going to hang up and he did
