Fraudulent charges to my card and trash shoes
Order a pair of Sandels from Facebook the shoes where $45. 00. I received a pair of shoes that are worth about two dollars and fraudulent charges on my credit card.

Product does not work
Ordered the talking hamster for my grand son's birthday, just arrived, 7 weeks after ordering it and SURPRISE, it doesn't work at all!! I paid premium price for it and now I don't have the gift for him. No instructions, no company name, no anything. Extremely horrible customer service!!!
