They have a policy to let them know you have three days to let them know you want to return some thing, but they don't honor their own policy. They're actually just a fraud people out of money by not giving them a chance to return it or information and whoever else is selling, only just takes money and keeps it, it's clearly a scam and a fraud website should be taken down. Resolution Sought Give me a refund, so I don't have to dispute it on my card which I've already going to be doing.

They release money after 72 hours and they have not released mine nor will they or do they ever respond from customer service. This company has no customer service at all when they do respond it's like they respond to someone else's email or message. I am beyond disgusted and no one will respond. I've asked for a supervisor they will not pass me on and when I have gotten someone in the past, they don't respond. It takes weeks to get anything back and when you do, it's not the right response and then you wait another two weeks and they hope you just go away. I want to speak with a supervisor and someone who can understand my concerns and address them. Resolution Sought Call me and address my multiple concerns.
