What is a Verified Review? We do our best to ensure that the reviews posted are authentic. Issue resolved

had an issue with customer services mistake on taking back a retired fragrance to replace it with the same. After the manufacturing department advised that they can not do so, they went above and beyond to make it right. The end result was a satisfactory one but wishing that they made their retired fragrance again :-)
