Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. GREAT Company

We had Premier build our pool and spa last summer. They were great to work with and it turned out beautiful. Excellent, competitive pricing and great customer service. They're sales force is extremely knowledgeable and walk you through every imaginable option you may want for your pool. They help with layout, design, safety (which was key for me since I have 2 young children), and all the fun color, texture, lighting and water feature options. I highly recommend Premier to anyone seeking to build or rebuild a pool. It's hard to find companies that are honest and go above and beyond to please their customers. Premier definitely did that for us! When the project was completed, my expectations were exceeded. I have a gorgeous pool and spa that my family and I will be able to enjoy for years to come!
