Predatory Lending Practices and Illegal Usury Rates

Prestige is similar to Santander, who just lost a class action lawsuit due to their Predatory Lending Practices and is being forced to pay their customers and/or zero out account balances. Prestige and dealerships seem to be working together to manipulate and deceive consumers. Bought a used 2017 and dealership claimed I was getting an amazing deal with a reputable company. However, six months in and I'm already upside down with regards to a lemon vehicle. Had the first oil change within 3,000 miles of having it and find out there is a hole in oil pan and chassis malfunction. Both of which should be covered under warranty. Dealership doesn't return calls. Meanwhile, Prestige refuses to renegotiate contact or lower interest rates to a reasonable usury rate. Account representatives refuse to change due date to match direct deposit, citing payments are well within grace period. However, they tack on extra interest. Their compliance person, Kathryn, only has Prestige and their predatory lending practices in mind. They do not care about the consumer. You will be upside down in a vehicle and pay more than double the amount originally financed. Stay clear!
