Prestige Floors were fantastic! Sandy Jimenez, the office staff person is unbelievably knowledgeable. She made it happen. She was a great go between and makes the office run smooth. I would not have chosen Prestige Floors without her. I cannot speak highly enough about Sandy. The workers were professional and had a great sense of humor. They moved our entire house and furniture outside and nothing was damaged. Everything was included in the price we negotiated. Their price point was fabulous! Not only were they the highest quality they price matched and beat it. Adam is very easy to work with. I had some issue with my marble that had nothing to do with the job and they even helped me with getting resources. I cannot speak highly enough about them. I heard about their company through the office manager, Sandy. She is a very dedicated employee and even helps with sales. They did a great job cleaning up. We had a very tight schedule. They finished on time and had to work between the painter schedules. They came right in and took care of it and only had so many days allotted. Make sure you call them even if you consider someone else. Give them a chance to bid your job, it will be well worth it. Usually you don’t get quality and price when you hire a contractor, but in this case you get a lot more.

Adam was very forthcoming, honest and open. He offered references when we considered hiring him, but we did not feel like we had to follow up with them. He kept on communicating with us and he did not push us in a certain direction. Adam offered us plenty of options. He sent pictures of his current jobs to see his quality of work and what we could expect before we hired him. We found out later out of the wood works that other people had used his services and were really happy. He was very inviting. We went to his store and he took a lot of time with us to go over our needs. His work was amazing! The price was under what he had quoted. We are using him for other projects at another one of our houses. I would definitely recommend him. Providing this review for Prestige Floors was well worth it.
