3rd Time Using Prime Choice Funding, They are the BEST!

Prime Choice initially did my refi when rates first dropped, fast forward 2 years later, rates dropped again and they did the refi again. Fast forward another year and they did the purchase on my second home. Each time their pricing beat any other broker and bank I looked at. The 3rd time I stopped shopping, and will never shop again. They are honest- bottomline. They even had a creative program to help use my retirement savings to help qualify for the 2nd home purchase, without that program, I would not have been able to buy the home. Keith McKay was easy to work with, to the point, no nonsense and completely knowledgeable and professional. Michelle his assistant made dealing with paperwork easy. They are a family owned company I would recommend to anyone!
