I went to this nail shop to get my eyebrow wax, I told the manger can you please wash your hands before you start serving me and he replied wash my hands for what, they clean enough and told me girl bye and f*** you. I never render service there so therefore they don't owed me nothing but the business needs to be citation and REMINDED they need to follow rules and regulations

Horrible customer service!

The guy nail tech was rude disrespectful and embarrassing. I went into the nail shop today march 5th, 2020 at 12pm to get a regular fill in for $15, because that is what I wanted, so the cussing nail tech who did my nails first was on the phone playing a game barely paying attention. Then I noticed he was rushing with me to keep me from noticing that he hide all the regular polish display just so he could force gel polish on my nails for me to pay more money. I told him that was mean and unprofessional to do such thing. His response was "you picked out the polish pay me $30 now". $15 was taken from me and I don't appreciate that. I will no longer return again. I paid $30 dollars, that I didn't want to pay for just a simple regular fill-in. Let the customers choose what they want, cause you don't know how much money people got & are willing to spend !! Stop forcing things especially without the customer's permission its not right and that's not fair. Become understanding professional and fair.
