Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Apology given by President of company........

.........He called me and apologized for the one week delay of my purchased DVD that should have been recieved in one day. Not only that He refunded my money and sent me the DVD for free. To admit wrong and to apologize is a quality that can benefit not only business relationships but any relationship. At the expense of $15.00 this school has earned my business of hundreds of dollars just because of that one act of accepting responsibility. I will be seeing you on campus soon Mr.President. Thank you
