Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Good Experience, Helpful

We purchased some of their online training courses and a newsletter subscription. We had a few questions and called their customer service department and they were helpful and actually suggested that we switch what we bought to something that would be more useful for us and they did that for us, no hassle.
