I got nothing from a entire year of their promoting

After my year, they offered me another 4 months for nothing and I let them. But, I told them that not to continue. They did so unauthorized and now they want money for nothing.
I am in a big dispute over this and I do not want them to continue at all. They told me they will continue until I pay. I need to know how to get this resolved without paying what I did not authorize.

Promote Me No More

Started off rocky with Promote. Unauthorized posting to my account, hard to reach by phone and no responses by email or phone. Customer Service is poor. Perhaps they should dump the automated responses and add more of a human touch. Give a hold wait time or advise which caller you are when on hold would be a plus. Be as agressive at satisfying the customers as they are with signing you up for promotions and collecting your money. It was a challenge but was finally granted a full refund but unauthorized post continues after cancellation. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company to anyone in future.
