Dont Buy A Protecton One System!

Very poor customer service! Would not return no calls to set up an appointment for a tech to come out. Touch screen pad battery keeps dying and alarm going off and camera views to fuzzy for pictures. Also the tech never cleaned there mess up when installing and the tech drilled the hole to big for the door sincers. They keep causing the alarm to go off. If u miss your call from protection one even if it is a false alarm the will send the cops. It will still take 30 mins for the cops to show! To long! If the cops show after once one a false alarm u will be charged $150 for a service fee from your city due to a false alarm. Are you kidding me? Do not buy a Protection One system unless u want problems! Very Poor System! Will not return any call! I'm going back to ADP!
