Communication should be #1
My home and auto was called on Monday the 14th at 4:30pm for a locksmith to replace lost key. Quality Key came out about 7:30pm and cut two keys that did not work. He also disabled the original key to where it no longer worked as well. On Tuesday I messaged him that I had found the original key if it would help. I put the key in the truck and let him know. Later that day after I got off work I noticed he still had not come out. He told me that he would be out that afternoon. I waited until sundown and after not hearing from. Him I called my home and auto service. They called him and was told he would be there in 1 1/2 hours. That would be around 9 pm and I came out around 9:30pm. He still never showed I tried texting and calling him to see if he was still coming and he never answered. My home and auto service tried calling him as well and got no response around 10pm. The next day I left it alone until I got off work at 2:30pm and still never heard anything from him. I called my home and auto serve and finally had the truck towed to Rusty Eck Ford so it could be fixed . The guy finally text me back on Thursday around 9:30am telling me he got a different tool and would be out later to fix it. He also told me in text not to call or come out while he was working on it. That he would only respond to me by text. I told him at that point not to bother because it had already been taken to Ford. Communication should be #1.
