Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Failure to Respond to Request To Cancel Optional Items

When they refinanced my loan, they added optional GAP and Theft protect, neither of which I needed. I contacted them to cancel these items and was assured they would be canceled once the loan was funded. When I called back after the funding, the manager I spoke with earlier saying they would cancel it said he had to check with someone else as to what forms to use. Strange since he was the finance manager (I think that was his title) and thought he should know all this. After several more weeks without hearing from them, I called several times before I got a hold of someone. Still nothing had been done on canceling. Send a demand letter to cancel and still no response.
