I paid $500 for application phase to consolidate my 2 mortgages it's been since January and I still have not gone for closing it has nothing to do with the virus in regards to delay.. I have been asked numerous times to repeatedly send in documentation over and over and over again They asked my employer 4 × 2 show proof of employment plus repeated the asked me to upload pay stubs over and over now we are at the point where they are repeating Li asking me to send things in that I have already sent in more than 2 or 3 times I think quicken loans is a scam and if I do not go to closing with in the next 1 weeks I want my $500 back plus compensation for the time that I have lost working with them Resolution Sought I am asking for closing to be completed with in 7 days if not I want my $500 back plus compensation for the time I have lost due to their incompetence

I refinanced with Quicken Loan in July 2019 & received a very good interest rate (3.75). We were pleased with the out come. I was contacted by the company in January 2020 in regards to "their courtesy procedure" of helping customers obtain a better payment option. My complaint is as a result of a "hard inquiry being made on my credit reporting without my consent." The loan rep's misleading/evasive tactic used to move forward with an internal process that I didn't initiate, request or need at that time caused a significant drop on my credit score. Resolution Sought I would like for this unauthorized hard inquiry to be removed from my credit report file asap. Please refrain from initiating refi options on my loan. I will initiate such requests as the need arises.
