Janace Rivera is the owner and real estate broker of Suba Management Solutions, a full-service property management company in the Pasadena area. With a Bachelor of Arts in medical administration, the field of property management was not a carefully charted out course. Janace’s experience in property management came as a result of seeking a part-time position that would afford her time to participate in her religious volunteer work. Since no such positions existed in her chosen profession at the time, she took a position with a Romanian real estate developer, overseeing his income properties.

As opposed to a "one size fits all" approach to property management, we continue to offer a client-centered service. We recognize that clients and tenants are the most valuable commodity in this business, so we treat them accordingly.
With this philosophy, we have continued to gain recognition in the property management industry. Our company currently manages a mixed portfolio, nearly 400 units of single family homes, multi-family homes and condos.
Remaining alert to current and changing trends in the property management industry and California Landlord Tenant Law, our goal is to continue to expand by offering high-quality individualized services to our clients.
In 2011, the US Commerce Association presented the "Best of Pasadena 2011" award to our property management company. Being known for excellence has given Suba Management Solutions not only a standard to maintain, but also impetus to continue to progress in this multi-faceted industry.
