Company has roaches coming out of their merchandise and they are doing nothing about it!!

I went to Stonecrest mall on July 11. I went to the store to purchase some clothes. While shopping in a store I asked one of the rainbow associates to add me and getting a few sundresses that I saw that were too high up. The associate grabbed a silver pole to grab the clothes off top. I selected the items that I wanted and she placed the other items back on the shelf. I left from the sundress area, while I was walking I felt something in my head, I touched my hair and a water bug (cock roach) was in my hair. I screamed in my mask as my heart raced, I felt my safe gasping for air because I'm terrified of water bugs(cock roach). As the water bug crawled onto my hand, I screamed and shook my hand. People started to laugh until I expressed that a cock roach fell in my head from one of the dresses that the lady had just given me! One worker said she was use to seeing the bugs, and she just step on them, I expressed to her that I'm terrified and it's not ok that a roach feel in my hair. I contacted corporate and Shawn Harris called me with an apology and a 10 discount on my purchase, I told her that was unexceptionable! She told me Noel Garcia told her that's all he can offer me. I'm absolutely heartbroken that this company is taking this situation as a joke, as if it's not a big deal, brandy said she open boxes sometimes and roaches just run out the boxes that contain clothes that we purchase, roaches are disgusting and no one wants them crawling on them.

Just great customer service and for the employees not to think it's funny laughing at the customer

I usually have good customer service with them I shop all the time. 3 of the representatives' attitudes were horrible and the supervisor I spoke with also had a very nasty attitude. I even asked to spoke with someone else and she told me that no one else was above her to speak with about how I spend my money. So now I'm about to tell everyone I know that shop there to stop.
