I was parked in the parking lot of my apartment and my car was over the line he towed my car. Now the tow truck is constantly in my apartment complex when I leave when I come back being really sneaky harassing me. Resolution Sought Him to quit singling me out and harassing me.

Car was towed. Upon pickup, car had dents and scratches that were not there prior to the towing. To repair will at least cost as much as my 500 deductible, but may not even be covered. Resolution Sought The towing company needs to pay for the dents and scratches that are now on the car that wasn't there prior to the towing that they did.
