Horrible Company Bad Experience

Bought tickets for a concert, did a whole road trip with some friends to go to it, only to find out that our tickets did not work. Never been so embarrassed and upset in my life. Couldnt contact razorgator office on the day of the trip because their office closes at 1 on the weekends (when most events occur). So we missed the whole concert. While we eventually got our money back, razorgator simply said sorry, didn't offer any discounts or gift cards. I ended up wasting a lot of resources, and time... only to gain one big headache. DO NOT BUY FROM RAZORGATOR.
