My experience with Alex King was not what any person should have to deal with. First of all the agent lied about his name and having an account with us. When I asked for what product we purchased with him he proceeded to tell me that I needed to just transferred his call and and not ask questions. I replied that it was my job to screen calls especially for calls about products that I handle most of the orders for. When I didn't follow his instructions he added a "F*** You" and hung up on me. Then he called back and stated "F*** you, you control freak F***" When my General manager called him, he refused to answer or hung up on her. Finally he called back and we put him on speakerphone and he proceeded to tell us that he had never been treated the way I had treated him and advised that he followed ignorance with ignorance and he did have time for either of our stupidity. This behavior over the past several year is why I would never do business with this company. In the past he has offered me bribes to use his company and even went as far as offering me a position at this company but after reading reviews of the repeated abuse to other businesses we decided that we would step away from this company and its image. Resolution Sought No more contact.

I will not be abused at work by someone I do not even do business with. I want NO contact from this company ever again and I want confirmation that he will no longer harass me or my company. 4 phone calls, and email and a Facebook message from a review is unacceptable and is considered harrassment. An appology is not enough to fix this situation after being cussed for no reason, other than doing my job. My job is to screen calls from sales calls to my GM.

The filer of this complaint reacted quite drastically while trying to control and screen a phone call. An apology has already been extended and refused. Their complaint says it all. For example, they post on OUR facebook page and then complain that we reply to it. Chances are they'll say that me replying here is harassment as well. Their temper tantrums and control tactics are pathetic, and not even remotely close to business professional or polite. They are those of an emotionally charged bitter controlling person. May God have mercy on her soul.

Alex King called our office several times with the most harassing calls. He is now reported to the Federal Trade Commission concerning these calls. This business needs a new and professional CEO. Bad way to do get clients in any business. Resolution Sought Stop calling our office or we will take legal action.

This complaint states that a salesperson contacted the business, and they did not appreciate receiving a sales call. We strongly disagree with "harassing and insulting" as all of our sales staff call business to learn how to properly do business with them. There is no harassment, nor is there anything rude or wrong about our business model or approach. All we can do at this point is simply and sincerely apologize for not being well received.
