I had noticed the stain on the ceiling and that was what got us thinking to get something done. El Nino is coming and we wanted our roof to be attended to. My husband called Reliable Roofing by T G Y and Todd came the next day to meet with us. He explained the problem with the roof and noted what had happened. He was very direct. We had work done prior by another roofer and it needed to be taken care of right away. We did not get anyone to come in from another company to get an estimate. Todd gave us a price that we felt was fair because we are retired and did not have the money. He was very kind. He worked with us and gave us a discount that we appreciated very much. He did some extra work on the outside of the roof and took care of the interior by spraying Killz to take care of the stain. He was very accommodating. He is Johnny on the Spot! He is a very pleasant fellow and everything looks fine. The stain does not show and he fixed the exterior tile that was broken. I would surely recommend him.

In July of this year a mini tornado passed through our area and damaged a portion of our roof. We contacted our insurance company and after everything was finalized with the claims adjuster we called a roofing contractor we've used in the past to come out and repair our roof, but he would not be able to even schedule an appointment for two weeks. So we looked for a new roofer and contacted Reliable Roofing by T G Y. I have to say we are so happy we did. Todd immediately scheduled an appointment. He was right on time. He provided a thorough estimate, which we accepted, and he had his worker's there the very next day right on time. Todd and his team immediately got to work and lifted up a portion of the roof that needed to be replaced and everything was done efficiently and within budget. I would happily give Todd and his team at Reliable Roofing a perfect 10 in every category. Of course they have my highest recommendations.
