I want this company to be more aware of and respect the no-trespass statuses of the people in their service areas.

The property my husband and I own in Old Hickory, Tennessee is on the Tennessee Secretary of State no trespass public notice list. Additionally we have a no trespassing sign in our front yard. This afternoon, Jacob with Renewal by Andersen came by our house to sell us their services. My husband explained our no trespass situation and ask him to leave, which he did not do immediately or timely. I called Renewal by Andersen and spoke with someone to complain. They took my name and phone number and took me off their canvas list. Apparently, they do not check the no trespass public notice list before sending out canvassers. Because Jacob was so unprofessional and our no trespassing status was not respected, I am filing a complaint.
