Rent A Center. (Management)

The manager and assistant manager is very rude. In hickory NC. First thing is first they question my financial state asking, are you sure you can afford this. Which is very rude. Long story short I bought furniture from them. They said it was used ok that's fine said nothing was wrong with it. So when they deliver it the stuff was not in any shape to sell. The bed frame was so broke I couldn't use it. The dresser and night stand was beat up and rough. I was a day late they charge me a 30 dollar late fee for being 6 hours late on payment just because they tried to take money without my permission and my bank block the transaction they got mad and retaliated and showed up at my house while I want home demanding my wife to let me come in and take my stuff then started calling my family threatening me pretending to be police officer and a magistrate saying if I don't pay and turn it in they would press charges let me remind you I wasn't even a full 24 hours behind on payment. They have harassed me to the point I just tuned the stuff and told them if they called me or came to my door so again I was pressing charges. Something needs to be done. I really feel like they need to be charged and or have a secret shopper go in and audit them. Something needs to be done. Even before the payment they start calling me 3 days before payment harassing me until the payment due date. they do this every week I have automatic payments set so they shouldn't even be calling me unless payment did not go through. I am wanting my money back. I was harassed and treated wrongly.

They are renting furniture with bed bugs to unexpected clients!!

Went in to buy furniture cash in hand they try to rent me furniture that was already rented dog hair cat hair all over it so we discussed new furniture I walked up and was looking at it looked at the tag and seen bed bugs on the brand new furniture that was the first thing we discussed was I did not want anything that was rented due to a bed bug situation. They are renting furniture with bed bugs to unexpected clients and somebody needs to do something about this.
