Still no contact to customer.

I have previous filed a complaint. This company responded to my complaint, on here. I have tried emailing and calling. They have not responded back to me in through any of the preferred methods. It seems as though they will only repond on here. So, I am aksing for you, Resort Access Network, or whatever name you have changed to, to please clear out your voicemail boxes, that have been filled since at last the beginning of the year and please follow up with me. I am generally not interested in making a public display of anything, but this has really been an upsetting encounter and all I am expecting is for this company to honor its agreement.

RAN was very quick in dealing with my refund. I changed my mind and cancelled my contract with them within the 10 days.

It was a hassle free experience. No problems at all.
