I am on the National Do Not Call Registry

I received a phone call at 1:49 PM on April 16th from the number +1(785) 942-2473. I asked about a website and the person who spoke with me on the phone directed me to http://www.resorttravelexperts.com. There I was given a fake email (contact1@ResortTravelExperts.com) to which I attempted to send the following email. "In an effort to address a growing number of telephone marketing calls, Congress enacted in 1991 the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). The TCPA restricts the making of telemarketing calls and the use of automatic telephone dialing systems and artificial or prerecorded voice messages. The rules apply to common carriers as well as to other marketers. In 1992, the Commission adopted rules to implement the TCPA, including the requirement that entities making telephone solicitations institute procedures for maintaining company-specific do-not-call lists." "The Federal Trade Commission (the ''Commission'' or ''FTC'') issued a Revised Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (''Revised Fee NPRM'') to amend the FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule (''TSR'') by adding a new section that would impose fees on entities accessing the national do-not-call registry." I am on the National Do Not Call Registry under the phone number. At this time I could report you to the FTC or take your business to court for the phone call that I received at 1:49 PM on April 16th from the number +1(785) 942-2473 They won't answer my calls anymore. I would like to receive $1,500.00 as settlement
