I have been a customer with them for almost 8 years. They always changing their name It was rewardzone USA rt before this or rewardwizard etc. Well last feburary 2023 I redeemed a $500 giftcard from them and their policy is you have to waitv1 year before you can redeem another one. You have to answer survey questions and complete offers they have some free like free trails or games being downloaded or you have some offers you need to pay for. To get $500 giftcard you need to complete 15 offers so I waited a year Feb 07 2024 was a year from my last one and completed 15 offers and tried to redeem my giftcard for $500 a few days ago. Let me say first off last year I lived somewhere different then I do this year also I live alone. Their other Rule is 1 card per household per year. Well I waited 1 year from my last card I have no one else in my household and I completed my 15 offers some which I paid for even. So when I went to redeem it they are saying im disqualified because someone in my household redeemed a $250 card in May of 23 which again I have no one else but me in my household so I don't know how this is possible. I'm a loyal customer for 8 years and they say customer satisfaction is their number priority. Well I'm a customer who did everything like in the rules say and they won't give me my card saying I did something in bad faith. I just want what I fairly earned. Last thing wverytime through the 8 years I've been redeeming these cards they always try not to give to me Resolution Sought To be fair and give me my $500 giftcard I fairly earned and paid for.

I have sent at least 6 emails to the company to op out of their company. I still receive emails and phone phone message from the company. Matter of fact since I opted out I getting even more emails and phone messages from them. Resolution Sought I just want them to quit having any contact with me.
