BEYOND FURIOUS!!

I have never spoke to someone so rude then Debbie at Avila resort. I questioned my account balance and was rudely humiliated!! Then yelled at and hung up on. I called back only to get yelled at again and hung up 0n. Every encounter I have had with that woman has been unpleasant! Rude! And belittling!!! I would appreciate a call!! Possibly set up a payment plan. And hope never to have to deal with that awful woman again. Why don't you people ever answer your phone or respond back to emails!? Thank you for your time in this matter. Member since September 17, 2002 When it used to be enjoyable to stay there.
