Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Over a year with problems with the intraoral camera's.

If you are using Schick software then don't buy these camera's. They are not compatible. I bought 2 camera's from Rf America a little over a year ago and they never worked correctly. We were on the phone monthly with technical support and every time they said the problems were fixed. About a week later they would quit working properly. Now that the warranty has expired technical support tells me that they will not work with the Schick software.
