Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Rip off and Cheap Labor

This company tries to rip off home owners by filing their insurance claims and signing their rights over to the company. Do not hire this company, they will deliver late if ever repairs, disregard permits, over-prize the damages, have cheap Mexican labor forces and deliver a rude and unprofessional office staff. Read all consumer complaints against them and Roofmax. RMX and Roofmax are one and the same, they work out of the same location and share the same staff. Do not pay any up-fronts to this company, do not sign any forms! If you still want to hire them insist on an estimate and a proposal that you and the company will sign. Keep this proposal as your contract, it will be the only written document you will receive from them. If you experience problems, start with the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint. Then file a lawsuit against them, you do not need to hire a lawyer, there are free legal services available in town if you need them, or consult with the law library in the court house, they will guide you and have all forms needed. Do no let them ruin your day. The law is on your side! Think and research before hiring!
