Complainants allege a variety of issues concerning deceptive pricing product quality selling out of stock items faulty repairs and delays with receiving orders. Some complainants allege that the company misrepresents the value or quality of thier products. Others report that diamond weight or clarity are misrepresented at the time of purchase or that stones are replaced with lesser quality diamonds when taken in for repair. Several complainants allege they ordered items that were said to be in stock and available however the items were out of stock resulting in lengthy delays with delivery. In other cases incorrect merchandise is delivered resulting in additional wait time due to exchanges. Some customers complain that jewelry items repeatedly loose stones and have to be returned for repairs. In some cases customers allege items had been returned 5 to 6 times for the same problem. ~~The company responds to some complaints by agreeing to repair or exchange items items. One or more complaints are unresolved meaning the company failed to properly address the complaint allegations or their response was inadequate.~
