This is a Sad Company

This is a predatory company they sell you jewelry that they don't even stand by. If you get it appraised it is not worth even 1/2 the amount they are charging you for it. You wonder why it says "no refunds or exchanges" because they know it's garbage and don't want it back. They put me on a contract for a fake gold watch and told me it was 14K gold just to get me to sign a contract, the watch was $644 so I believed it was 14K gold. Not it is stainless steel with .60 carat diamond chips. Then they put me on contract for white gold diamond ring suppose to be 1.5 carats, not the diamonds are only 1 carat and very poor quality at that. They are trying to make me pay $4,800 when it got appraised is only worth $2,500. Don't fool with these people, in a few years they should be out of business all the complaints I discovered for this company. They deserve -5 stars but that is not an option. YOU HAVE ALL BEEN WARNED!

Stay away from Romano's

Romano's predatory sales practices take advantage of new military personnel. The scammed my son into a mother's necklace that will end up costing him over $2,000. Romano's has no scruples: shoddy products, unethical sales practices and a financing scheme locked up so tight there is no option to return their junky jewelry. Reprehensible.
