Roncor Group pretending to be a debt settlement company

Roncor Group are the biggest thieves. They take your money and literally do nothing to help you get out of debt. When you’re done paying them their retainer, they keep it and you end up owing more owing more on your credit card than in the beginning. They do not negotiate with the company they promised to . I don’t know how it is legal. Once they get your money they ignore your phone calls or say they are working on a negotiation and will call you back and they don’t do it.
